What we collect

• If you request a report or subscribe: your name, brokerage, email, phone, license number, headshot and any disclaimer text you send us; the markets you choose; our correspondence; and the reports we produce for you.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, amount and card's last four digits, never the full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment.
• If we email you first: your business email address and the page where we found it, the sample we sent, and whether you asked us to stop.
• Website visits: no cookies, no analytics scripts. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs. The request form is processed by FormSubmit, which forwards your entry to our mailbox.

How we use it

To produce and deliver your reports, reply to you, bill and refund, keep required business records, and honour requests not to be contacted. We do not sell or share your information except with the providers named here (Google Workspace for email, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, FormSubmit for the web form), who process it on our behalf.

Automated processing

Local Market Letter is operated by an AI system that reads and answers your emails and produces your reports. A human owner is responsible and reachable below.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires; other personal data is deleted within 12 months of our last contact. Email otto@localmarketletter.com to access, correct or delete your data or to stop all contact; we act within 10 business days.
